Launched in 2013, our ARA sector supports and provides psychological counseling to cancer-stricken children and their families; this has been a KSC dream for a long time. Throughout the years, KSC worked hard to develop a plan and find some suitable mechanisms to make this dream real. The main goal of the Sector was identified as follows: to offer social and psychological support to cancer stricken children, their parents, and their care givers. ARA Sector offers assistance and counseling to the parents of cancer stricken children - primarily patients of Hiwa Hospital. ARA sector is also a member of the 'International Confederation of Childhood Cancer Parent Orzganization' (ICCCPO). Besides counseling, the Sector team also regularly carry out special projects for small patients, explore the dedicated work by ARA!
